Incorrect Purchases
If you purchase the wrong part due to an error on your end (e.g., incorrect model selection, misreading part details), no refunds will be provided. Please double-check all specifications and compatibility before making your purchase.
Eligible Refunds
We do not offer refunds if the wrong part was ordered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Refunds will only be considered if the part is damaged or faulty, or if we supplied the wrong item based on accurate information. In such cases, the item must be returned in its original condition and verified by a qualified mechanic. The return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the part.

Once approved, ship the part back to us to the address provided
If the item is found to be damaged during freight, we can send you a replacement part at no additional cost. Ensure to provide photographic evidence and report freight damages within [timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of delivery.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for parts damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or handling during the return process.
Custom or special-order parts are not eligible for refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (All Items need to Be Fitted via a Qualified Mechanic for Refunds to be Valid)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
